More development updates - 2026 Oct 14

A new day, a new development. Our development team resumes the ongoing work. Here’s a summary of what we deployed yesterday:

1. The scores of badges can now be manually updated in the users administration page. Of course, this requires the right permission given to the right role assigned to the right administrator to carry out this task.

2. The text description for quest is now available in markdown. This means, user can now use basic syntax with symbols to create fancy text to describe the quest.

3. The logs for quest are further enhanced to include logging more events within the quest activities (such as the creation of the quest, when the quest changes, opens or closes, etc.). This is crucial to maintain a reliable record of what happened, when and by whom.

4. There is a new look in the Quest page. We added tabs to categorise the quests so that they are more organised and more easily accessible. You can see:

   • Open tab: Active quests that members can submit immediately or already submitted.
   • Locked tab: Quests that are not yet started or quests that require a minimum requirement that the user does not have yet.
   • Closed tab: Quests that are already expired.

Besides daily new development, we also continue to gently sweep away the quiet little bugs that were hiding in the corners.
